24 month limited warranty: You must have original receipt and warranty is nontransferable. Contact Tickled Pink Airbrush TM for return authorization. If authorized, return defective item to Tickled Pink Airbrush TM. Item will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Tickled Pink Airbrush TM. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse or use of any makeup / product other than that issued by or authorized by Tickled Pink Airbrush TM. Return shipping will be paid by customer. Shipping of repair or replacement item back to customer will be paid by Tickled Pink Airbrush TM. Shipping used to ship item back to customer is at the discretion of Tickled Pink. Please allow 14 days once we receive item for replacement or repaired item to be shipped back. This time does not take into account actual shipping time. 30 day money back guarantee. You must have original receipt. All Kits / Hardware must be returned in LIKE NEW clean / sanitary condition. There will be an additional $35.00 cleaning fee applied if the kit and or airbrush gun is returned dirty. NOTE: If the customer is returning because they feel it is not working correctly, they must have read the instructions and be familiar with the proper use and care of the product, and they must have contacted us for additional training and instruction to assure proper technique was being used. (We have found that in 99% of these claims the product is functioning as designed but the customer isnt using proper application techniques. In the rare occurance that there is a problem with the kit and it is a warranty issue, we will take care of issue by repairing or replacing the defective item) Returns must have ALL original packing materials, and documentation. If you still want to return the item there will be a $25.00 restocking fee and cleaning fee if applied. NOTE: The restocking fee is not to replace missing items or packing materials, it is a fee applied for processing the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once return is received by Tickled Pink and item is inspected for completeness, cleanliness, damage, misuse, or abuse, Tickled Pink will within 14 days of return refund the full purchase, less the restocking fees, shipping fees and cleaning fees if applied. The trial period ends 30 calendar days after the item is shipped. We must receive your eligible return prior to the end of the trial period. If you return a product that is outside of these guidelines it will not be refunded. There are no returns for opened makeup products. Tickled Pink airbrush is a great product. I strongly suggest anyone wanting to try airbrush makeup to use this product. Customer service should get a 10 star rating. They are quick to respond to any questions you have and are very polite and professional.

I have been using the tickled pink airbrush kit for two years now. I used to go to stores and buy every kind of foundation you can think of and tried so many of the NOT SOLD IN STORES kinds too but now I am done with trying to find the right one. I will never use anything but Tickled Pink. It covers without caking, I do not break out from it, and I can always get the perfect color by mixing. Lasts forever too. I truly love the Tickled Pink system. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was very skeptical about my ability to use an airbrush and achieve the all over coverage I needed without any areas of too much product or not enough , but Tickeled Pink Airbrush made it fool-proof! I use it daily, even if I'm just running errands. I use a touch of their amazing makeup & within 10 minutes, I'm out the door! I feel that this company truly cares about the quality of their products & tools , but most importantly, they care about their customers first & foremost! That's something you don't see these days and it truly goes a long way in my book! Thanks to all of you at Tickled Pink Airbrush Company, I'll be a customer for life!

I love this tickled pink airbrush set. For an airbrush beginner like me, it took a bit to get adapted to the right amount, distance, and still to find just the perfect mix of color. However, that being said the ease of use of the airbrush, the tutorials, and the cleaning are super simple. I have pretty good rosacea and it does give me complete coverage all day for it. Looks very natural and not heavy. Easy to remove, and I feel more confident knowing it is not wearing off in the sun, or sweat like other makeups have done. I would highly recommend an airbrush to anyone thinking of getting one. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is it is my first airbrush ever and I have nothing to compare it with. Tickled Pink airbrush works great, easy to use, and the aloe based foundation works great for my super sensitive rosacea skin.

I tried Dinair prior to Tickled Pink and it was TERRIBLE. Bad equipment and terrible colors of makeup. I wont even get stated on the "Customer " service. Tickled Pink is the complete Opposite AND its less expensive. I LOVE this airbrush kit....its easy, sturdy and cute. The makeup matches perfectly and it lasts. AWESOME product, well worth the low cost!! Stay away from Dinair-BAD!!

I love the way the make up feels on. I am a very simple girl and never used anything but a powder coverup. This makeup feels like I have no make up on and I love that. I am in the sun for hours and it don't run or come off. I don't look greasy as some other products will do after a day in the heat. Only negative thing I could say is I have to mix 3 colors to get a good color for me. Wish they had a smaller sample kit maybe with just one or two drops just to try to find a better color for me or even a color chart to compare this is 1 shade lighter this is 1 shade darker to make buying a proper color a little easier. But for now I am mixing all 3 colors that came in the sample pack. But it is very easy to use and I have 4 kids so only get a minute to my self and thats really about all the time you need after you learn how to use it. I got it right after about 3 times and practiced on my 6 year old dughter once she looked like a porcelain doll absoulty beautiful. I must say I really like this product and will continue to use it.

After researching airbrush makeup kits to death, I decided on Tickled Pink because they had the best reviews out there. Consumers seemed to love the company, its products, and its integrity. Before ordering, I emailed them basic questions such as what color foundation & blush they recommended for my skin tone, and even attached a photo. Within 2 hours I received a response from the owner herself, which I thought was a special touch. She answered all of my questions and helped me feel at ease with my purchase. So I ordered and have yet to regret my purchase! The company is truly outstanding. I love my kit & I love the colors the owner helped me choose. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other advertised airbrush makeup kits. Love that the foundation is aloe-based which means that it's excellent for the skin. Plus, it's super easy to use & clean! I would recommend this airbrush makeup kit, its company, & its products to every woman out there.

Love my new airbrush system by Tickled Pink. I researched allot of airbrush systems and this one appealed to me and my wallet. I decided to buy it and I am very happy I did. The system is really easy to learn for beginners and works great for pros also. I have had so many compliments about my complexion. I feel like it makes me look younger. Can't say enough of how happy I am.
