If authorized, return defective item to Tickled Pink Airbrush TM. Item will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Tickled Pink Airbrush TM. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse or use of any makeup / product other than that issued by or authorized by Tickled Pink Airbrush TM. Return shipping will be paid by customer. Shipping of repair or replacement item back to customer will be paid by Tickled Pink Airbrush TM. Shipping used to ship item back to customer is at the discretion of Tickled Pink. Please allow 14 days once we receive item for replacement or repaired item to be shipped back. This time does not take into account actual shipping time.
30 day money back guarantee. You must have original receipt. All Kits / Hardware must be returned in LIKE NEW clean / sanitary condition with all original packing materials. There will be an additional $35.00 cleaning fee applied if the kit and or airbrush gun is returned dirty. NOTE: If the customer is returning because they feel it is not working correctly, they must have read the instructions and be familiar with the proper use and care of the product, and they must have contacted us for additional training and instruction to assure proper technique was being used. (We have found that in 99% of these claims the product is functioning as designed but the customer isn't using proper application techniques. In the rare occurrence that there is a problem with the kit and it is a warranty issue, we will take care of issue by repairing or replacing the defective item) Returns must have ALL original packing materials, and documentation. Customer must contact Tickled Pink Airbrush TM to get authorization for return. We will do our best once you contact us to resolve any issues you may have. If you still want to return the item there will be a 20% restocking fee and cleaning fee if applied. NOTE: The restocking fee is not to replace missing items or packing materials, it is a fee applied for processing the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once return is received and accepted by Tickled Pink and item is inspected for completeness, cleanliness, damage, misuse, or abuse, Tickled Pink will within 14 days of return refund the full purchase, less the restocking fees, shipping fees and cleaning fees if applied. The trial period ends 30 calendar days after the order was placed. We must receive your eligible return prior to the end of the trial period. If you return a product that is outside of these guidelines it will not be refunded. There are no returns for opened / used makeup products.
